Thursday: Muffins
Friday: Pancakes from the freezer
Saturday: Muffins
Lunches:
Monday: Sandwiches and chips
Tuesday: Grilled cheese and baked beans
Wednesday: Quesadillas
Thursday: Beans and wienies
Friday: Eggs in hats
Saturday: Kids’ll be at Gramma’s house
Dinner:
Monday: NY Strip steaks (on crazy good sale at King Soopers), loaded baked potatoes, and salad.
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Chili and corn bread
Thursday: Something from the freezer (I’m at pool league)
Friday: Pasta with Ricotta and Bacon and a salad
Saturday: Kids’ll be at my mom’s, I’ll scrounge
