Yummy from the web

We had planned for my kids to spend the night with my mom last night, while I went to pool league, but that didn’t happen. So I decided to make a recipe that I found yesterday while surfing – Simply Recipes’  Tuna Pasta with Capers in White Wine Sauce looked so yummy, and I had everything on hand, so why not?

I thought it might have a similar flavor to our Tuna Spaghetti, what with the tuna and pasta (hah!), but it really was different.  And it was divine.  The boys weren’t as over the moon for it as I was – Xbot ate it, but said it wasn’t as good as “our normal tuna” (meaning the Spaghetti con Sugo di Tonno), and Bobo declined after a bite (I gave him that option). I loved it, though, and I’ll be making it again – probably just for myself when the kids are at my mom’s, and at least once when Doodle comes home so she can try it.

Seriously yummy, folks, and almost no work and very, very little time.
