With my car broken down, we’re making do with what we have this week. Strangely enough, it doesn’t look that much different than other weeks. I’m the kind of person who feels more secure and happy with lots of food in my pantry and freezer, so we’re going to be okay (although, I am so glad that I signed up for milk delivery a few weeks back).
Dinners:
Sunday: Spaghetti con Sugo di Tonno
Monday: Pan-seared Cod and Roasted Asparagus and Rice Medley
Tuesday: (Bobo turns 13! Dinner of his choice!) Chicken with Shallots and Buttered Noodles
Wednesday: Black bean burritos
Thursday: Fend for yourself (I’m at pool – hopefully, if my car gets repaired)
Friday: Macaroni and Cheese
Saturday: Cheeseburger Soup and Lynn’s 40-minute Rolls
Lunches: Cheese quesadillas, beans and wienies, grilled cheese sandwiches
Breakfasts: Oatmeal, farina, smoothies, cold cereal
