Menu plan for March 1 – March 7

Dinners

Monday: Pan-seared cod, roasted asparagus, and rice

Tuesday: Chicken tandoori. Ish. (New recipe)

Wednesday: Spaghetti w/ Italian sausage

Thursday: Fend for yourself

Friday: Grilled cheese and ham sandwiches and baked beans

Saturday: Tuna with capers and white wine sauce

Sunday: Roast chicken, roast potatoes and green beans

Lunches:

Quesadillas, leftovers, sandwiches.

Breakfasts:

Oatmeal with fruit, farina, cold cereal, banana bread
