At 16 servings, it&#039;s a much more reasonable 202 calories, 59 calories from fat, 6.8g total fat, 0mg cholesterol, 108.9mg sodium, 41.3mg potassium, 33.9g carbohydrates, &lt;1g fiber, 13.4g sugar, 2.5g protein.</description>
